    Product Information

Diabetic Panels test for Total Cholesterol, High-Density Lipoprotein, Low-Density Lipoprotein, Triglycerides, HbA1c, and Microalbumin.

Keeping tabs on your glucose can enhance the healthy choices you're already making with diet and exercise, and by monitoring it, you'll be able to make adjustments in your lifestyle, as needed. With sufficient insulin circulating in our bloodstream, we can absorb energy-providing sugars from our diets directly into cells - so let's do all we can to keep those numbers balanced!

Essential and robust food sensitivity panel testing the IgG of 144 different foods and ingredients.Food sensitivity is a reaction that occurs when your body has an immune response to a certain food or ingredient. These reactions can be mild or severe and can happen immediately or hours after eating the offending ingredient.

Symptoms vary depending on the type of sensitivity and the person's age, weight, general health status, and lifestyle. Food Sensitivity is more important than people realize; while not life-treating, it can affect the quality of your life.

Total Cholesterol: (TC) is the measure of all cholesterol found in your bloodstream, including High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL). Your TC will help in identifying the risk of myocardial infarction (heart attack), along with other cardiovascular issues.

High-Density Lipoprotein: (HDL), more commonly known as “good” cholesterol, helps to remove forms of harmful cholesterol such as LDL. In fact, a higher level of HDL is linked to lower risk of heart disease.

Low-Density Lipoprotein: A large majority of the cholesterol in your body is known as Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL). Too much LDL will cause a buildup of “plaque” along the walls of your blood vessels causing them to narrow which can lead to chest pains (angina) and eventually more serious cardiovascular complications. This is known as your “bad” cholesterol.

Triglycerides: (TG) are the most common type of fat found in the body. An abundance of TG leads to weight gain and can be caused by a consistent caloric surplus, specifically through glucose (sugar), excessive alcohol use, some medicines, various medical conditions, including type 2 diabetes, and some genetic disorders.

HbA1c: HbA1C is different from regular blood sugar levels. A1C is a form of hemoglobin attached to red blood cells that link to sugar. The A1C test measures your average blood sugar levels over three months because that is the average lifespan of a red blood cell. This test is typically used to diagnose and manage prediabetes and diabetes.

Microalbumin: (MA) is a test used to measure small levels of albumin in the urine to diagnose kidney damage and kidney disease, usually associated with diabetes. Normally the kidneys filter out bad things from our blood and keep good things, such as proteins like albumin. Albumin is one of the first proteins to leak through the kidneys when they become damaged. Other factors can cause there to be microalbumin in the urine, such as a fever, certain medications, or a urinary tract infection.
